Embark on an extraordinary super jeep journey into the heart of Vatnajokull Glacier, Europe’s largest glacier!
We explore the Icelandic wilderness on our way to a blue ice cave located in the Breiðamerkurjökull glacier outlet. Ice caves are a natural wonder that every adventurer should behold. We will offer one departure per day, carefully timed, to avoid the crowds in the caves – this allows for a more relaxed atmosphere.
After the ice cave exploration, we invite you to indulge in a warm bowl of tomato soup and a hot beverage at Frost restaurant before continuing your journey. With our exceptional location, blue ice caves, and seasoned guides, we are confident this excursion will leave no one untouched.

This is a meet-at-the-location tour; it takes about 4 hours and 30 minutes to drive to Vatnajökull from Reykjavik. Iceland Adventure Tours can arrange a private, tailor-made tour that includes visiting this ice cave – please send us a message at info@iat.is if you are interested in this option.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if the booking is canceled 48 hours or less before the event.
The 5% of the price is not refundable.
