Arrive at Fjallsárlón 30 minutes before your booked departure time.
First, check in and meet your experienced guide. You will also receive the necessary safety equipment before setting off.
Next, travel into the spectacular landscape near Vatnajökull in a specially equipped 4×4 vehicle.
The drive takes approximately 50 minutes. Along the way, enjoy the remote scenery surrounding the Breiðamerkurjökull glacier area.
After leaving the vehicle, continue on foot towards the natural ice cave.
The walk takes approximately 20 minutes and crosses uneven terrain. Your guide will lead the way and help you navigate the route safely.
