This is meet at-the-location tour, but you can also add pick-up and drop-off in Reykjavik, Selfoss, or Vik while booking. Reykjavík Hotel pickups start at 08:00. Selfoss and Vík Hotel pickups start at ca. 09:00.

Þórsmörk is a stunning nature reserve situated in the heart of South Iceland nestled among the glaciers Eyjafjallajökull, Mýrdalsjökull, and Tindfjallajökull.
This tour has many spectacular hiking options and thrilling rides over various un-bridged glacial rivers in a 4×4 Super Jeep!
On our hike, we take in the astonishing view over Þórsmörk, Mýrdalsjökull glacier, and the highlands. We will also hike up to the Gígjökull glacier, where we will observe the effects of the 2010 Eyjafjallajökull eruption and breath in the purifying glacial air.
Þórsmörk is a spectacular place to visit; it has its kind of feel. It is Icelandic nature to the core.
Please wear warm clothes, waterproof layers, and hiking shoes.

Reservations can be canceled 48 hours prior to departure without penalty. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to departure are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@iat.is.
Please be mindful of possible time zone differences. Iceland is in the GMT time zone and cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before departure in Icelandic local time (GMT).
If you do need to cancel your tour, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.
Our meeting point is Brú Base. Drive 5 km after passing Seljalandsfoss waterfall on road 249.
