A sighting means that the Northern Lights can be seen with the naked eye, even if they appear only as a faint green line for a short period. If the aurora is visible only through a camera, the supplier considers this a non-sighting.
Refunds are not provided when the tour operates but a Northern Lights sighting is not possible.
Pick-Up from Reykjavík
Pick-up and drop-off are included from eligible hotels, larger guesthouses and cruise ship terminals in Reykjavík.
Due to city regulations, tour vehicles cannot stop at certain locations in central Reykjavík. Guests staying outside Reykjavík can meet the tour at the designated N1 Ártúnshöfði meeting point.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings are non-refundable. All sales are final.
- Requests for cancellations, rescheduling or rebooking should be submitted to the supplier at least 24 hours before pickup and include your booking number.
