If temperatures fall below 0°C during winter, the diving plan may change. In these conditions, the tour may include one extended dive instead of two to help prevent equipment from freezing.

Silfra Diving Requirements

This Silfra Diving Tour from Reykjavík is for experienced divers only.

To participate, you must provide either:

• Proof of Dry Suit Certification, or
• Proof of at least 10 logged dry suit dives within the last two years

You must bring your dry suit certificate or qualifying dive log with you.

Before the tour, all participants must also review the Diving in Silfra Handbook and Dive Medical Questionnaire. If the medical questionnaire requires medical clearance, you must bring a doctor’s note.

Glasses cannot be worn under the diving mask. Therefore, please wear contact lenses or bring your own prescription mask.

Roundtrip Transportation from Reykjavík

This tour includes pickup and drop-off in Reykjavík from selected pickup locations.
