Yes. You will visit the naturally formed Neptune Ice Cave in Langjökull Glacier. Its appearance and formations can change as the glacier evolves.
The tour starts at the upper Gullfoss parking area, near Gullfoss Café. Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before departure.
The experience takes approximately 3–4 hours, depending on weather and road conditions.
The minimum age is 4 years. Booster seats are available and should be requested when making your reservation.
Crampons are included in the tour. You should bring waterproof hiking shoes or boots, warm layers, a waterproof jacket, hat and gloves.
Your Langjökull Ice Cave Tour from Gullfoss begins at the upper Gullfoss parking area, close to Gullfoss Café.
Please arrive 15 minutes before departure and look for the Sleipnir meeting point sign. Depending on the season and conditions, transportation towards the glacier base is provided by a Highland bus or the distinctive red Monster Glacier Truck.

Follow your guide through the frozen formations and discover beautiful shades of blue ice alongside layers of black volcanic ash preserved within the glacier.
Crampons are provided for the ice cave visit. The experience involves walking through snow and across uneven terrain, including steps inside the cave.
After exploring the ice cave and glacier, begin the journey back through the Highlands.
The adventure finishes where it started at Gullfoss Waterfall, giving you the opportunity to continue exploring the Golden Circle.
