The Aurora Borealis is a natural phenomenon and sightings can never be guaranteed.
If there is no Northern Lights sighting during your tour, you’ll be eligible for free re-runs for up to two years from your original tour date, subject to scheduled tour availability.
A sighting means the Northern Lights are visible to the naked eye, even if they appear only as a faint green line for a short period. If the aurora can only be detected through a camera and cannot be seen with the naked eye, the supplier considers this a non-sighting.
Refunds, either partial or full, are not offered when a Northern Lights sighting is not possible.
Pickup from Reykjavík
Pick-up and drop-off are included from eligible hotels, larger guesthouses and cruise ship terminals in Reykjavík.
Due to Reykjavík city regulations, buses cannot stop at some locations in the city centre. Guests staying outside Reykjavík can use the designated meeting point at N1 Ártúnshöfði.
