The Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis, occur when solar winds collide with the Earth’s magnetic field. This stunning light show happens high in the atmosphere and is often visible in high-latitude regions like Iceland. Witnessing the Northern Lights ranks among nature’s most incredible displays and should definitely be on every winter traveler’s bucket list.

This guide knows exactly where to go to maximize the chances of seeing vivid displays. Moreover, the daily routes change based on weather conditions and cloud cover, allowing guests to visit the best spots.
Once the ideal viewing location is found, guests exit the minibus to marvel at the shimmering lights. They will have ample time to take photographs, and the guide can assist with camera settings to capture the best images.
