You should wear warm and comfortable clothing for this tour. Keep in mind that it can be colder out on the lagoon than it is on-land.
We recommend bringing warm gloves and a hat/cap. Sunglasses can also be very useful.

The tour operator reserves the right to cancel any trip at short notice due to weather conditions.
Cancellations due to weather are solely at the discretion of the tour operator.
If the tour is canceled on your date, we offer you to re-schedule your tour. If you are unable to go on the tour on a different date, we will refund your tour in full.
Reservations can be canceled 24 hours prior to departure without penalty.
We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 23 hours or less before event

The meeting point for this tour is at the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon parking lot.
It takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes to drive to the meeting point from the town of Höfn. From Reykjavík, the drive takes about 5 hours. Pickup and dropoff in Reykjavík is not available for this tour.
Please note that you must be ready at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start of your tour.
