With a 2 hour ride on powerful ATV’s, you can get your adrenaline going on the outskirts of Reykjavík. Available year round, this tour can both be enjoyed as an excursion from Reykjavík or as an addition to a day exploring in South Iceland. This tour is a great activity for families. Kids from 6 years of age can participate in this tour.

Reykjavík is a growing city, but it’s surrounded by quaint natural areas. These areas serve as a playground for locals and travelers alike. Just a 15 minutes drive from the city center you’ll find the ATV base camp, ideally located for fun excursions from the city.

After gearing up at the base camp, you’ll go on a scenic ride in the area around Lake Hafravatn. The area around this stunning lake is home to peaks such as Harfafell and Úlfarsfell. Both offer stunning views over Reykjavík, letting you see the city from a completely different angle. During this tour, you’ll get 1.5 – 2 hours full of ATV action. As you explore this beautiful area, you’ll try out various terrains. That way you can get the most out of your ATV adventure!

Please note that all drivers on this tour must hold a valid drivers license. Please see the FAQ for more information.
