In the highlands, stops depend on weather and conditions, but there should always be plenty for everyone to enjoy. Stops along the way can include Hjálparfoss waterfall, Frostastaðavatn lake, Hnausapollur crater lake, and the picturesque Sigöldugljúfur canyon. You can also stop at Ljótipollur Crater Lake, but don’t be fooled by its name! The name’s direct translation in Icelandic is “ugly puddle,” but it is a beautiful crater lake. It is a scenic stop that is ideal for photography enthusiasts. Once you have enjoyed a full day of adventure in Landmannalaugar, you will be returned to Reykjavík.

Please note that due to restrictions on traffic in the downtown area of Reykjavík your hotel may have a designated pickup point at a nearby bus stop. Please select your pickup location carefully and note the pickup instructions on your voucher. A voucher will automatically be sent to you after payment is completed.
