The Golden Circle
Thingvellir National Park
The historical and geological wonder. Here the American and Eurasian tectonic plates are pulling apart at a rate of a few centimeters per year. Thingvellir is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Geysir Geothermal Area
It is the place from which all other geysers in the world get their name. The famous Geysir does not often erupt anymore. The smaller one, Strokkur, very impressively explodes every 4-8 minutes and shoots a column of water up to 40 meters up in the air.
Gullfoss Waterfall
‘Golden Falls’ – one of Iceland’s most iconic and beloved waterfalls, found in the Hvítá river canyon in Southwest Iceland, which tumbles and plunges into a crevice some 32 m (105 ft.) deep.
Monster Truck Glacier Ride
From Gullfoss Waterfall upper parking, we will take you to the enormous Langjökull glacier (the second biggest glacier in Iceland), where you can witness the awe-inspiring landscapes and a specially prepared playlist of local Icelandic music artists.
Our knowledgeable and experienced guides will take you on a magical journey in our specially prepared program. You will acquire the basics of glacier knowledge and taste the purest water straight from the glacier!
