The tour takes 3-4 hours and departs every Friday and Saturday. You’ll stroll around downtown Reykjavík with a local guide and hop between amazing bars and pubs. The tour includes a visit to four of the best beer loving venues that the city has to offer. Each has their own specialties and focus points. You’ll go behind the scenes at a microbrewery and taste their latest batch and visit a super trendy gastro pub. To top it all off, you’ll also experience the bar that has the largest selection of Icelandic beer in all of Iceland. This tour has it all!

Is the age limit on this tour flexible?

No, the legal drinking age in Iceland is 20 years and therefore exceptions cannot be made to the age limit of the tour.

I don't drink beer, but everyone else in my group does. Can we still go on this tour together?

Yes, non-beer drinkers will be offered alternative drinks on the tour so everyone should be able to enjoy this tour.

What is included in this tour?

Everything is included in the beer tour. The tour usually stops at up to 4 different unique bars. Included is a fun walk with a small group and a local guide, a tasting of over 10 Icelandic beers, a traditional Icelandic shot of alcohol and bar snacks.

I have allergies and/or dietary restrictions, can I still join this tour?

Yes, everyone is welcome on the tour. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please contact us in advance to let us know so that the guide can best prepare your experience.
